As Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a workplace where every colleague feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. You will lead our global strategies for Inclusion, Belonging and Wellbeing, championing diversity, driving initiatives and removing barriers for underrepresented groups. - Lead inclusion strategy – Chair the Inclusion Steering Group and ensure ERGs have a voice.
- Drive global wellbeing – Coordinate Mental Health Champions and promote visibility.
- Coach and upskill – Equip managers and employees with inclusion and wellbeing knowledge.
- Celebrate awareness – Organize events and communications to highlight inclusion and wellbeing.
- Deliver wellbeing initiatives – That support mental, physical, social, and emotional health.
- Secure recognition – Research and implement external endorsements.
- Facilitate training – Lead sessions on bias, psychological safety, cultural awareness, and inclusive leadership.
- Communicate impact – Share activities internally and externally to raise profile.
- Use data for action – Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and inform policies.
- Track progress – Create analytics to measure inclusion and wellbeing performance.
- Provide support – Act as a trusted advisor for employees with wellbeing or inclusion concerns.
- Passion for inclusion and wellbeing – Committed to diversity and workplace best practices.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills – Build trust and engage at all levels.
- Cultural awareness & global perspective – Respect and understand different backgrounds and practices.
