Texo Recruitment are seeking multiple experienced
Fit Out Site Manager
to join our external client on a staggered 8-month contract, overseeing multi-rise residential fit-out projects.

Our client deliver high-quality interior packages and are looking for confident leaders who can drive programme, manage subcontractors, and maintain exceptional standards on site.

Location: Southampton

Start Date: December / Early Jan

Duration: 8 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for multi-rise residential fit-out works.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to programme.
  • Maintain strict H&S compliance across all site activities.
  • Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and specifications are met.
  • Conduct progress reporting, quality inspections, and snagging.
  • Manage materials, logistics, and site documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven background in
    multi-rise residential fit-out
    (essential).
  • Strong site management experience within interior, finishing, or drylining packages.
  • Solid understanding of building regulations, H&S, and quality control processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (preferred).
