About the Programme

Our
Future Leaders Programme
gives you immediate, practical experience in managing people and driving performance. From your very first day, you'll be coached on the core skills needed to lead a successful sales team.

You will learn how to:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives
  • Run daily briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Track KPIs and analyse performance data to improve results
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new team members
