Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Brighton. The Assistant Manager will support store operations and management by overseeing daily activities, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high store standards. Key responsibilities include supervising and motivating the team, managing inventory, assisting in training new employees, monitoring performance, and implementing marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills to supervise, motivate, and train teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills for inventory management and implementing operational processes.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide excellent service and build customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Experience in sales and retail, preferably in a footwear or fashion environment, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to adapt to customer and team needs.
  • Familiarity with achieving sales targets and executing marketing strategies.
  • Flexibility in working retail hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
