About the Role:

As the Assistant Manager at our EE Franchise Retail Store, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and helping to oversee day-to-day operations. You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the tone for outstanding service and drives team success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team.
  • Ensuring customers receive a warm, engaging, and knowledgeable in-store experience.
  • Assisting with delivering sales strategies to help the team meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Contributing to inventory management, visual standards, and overall store performance.
  • Coaching and supporting team members to grow confidence and skill levels.
  • Taking ownership of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient store running.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in retail supervision or management (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar).
  • A positive team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with a passion for delivering excellence.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £26,000 per year + commission (OTE £40,000)

Schedule:

  • 37.5-hour week (8-hour shifts, with flexibility to include weekends)
