Scope:
To provide day to day support to the Operations Lead and the Health & Safety & Facilities Lead. The role will focus on assisting with production planning, procurement, administration, and coordination tasks to help keep site operations and Health & Safety activities running smoothly.
Job Summary:
This role provides essential support across operations, production planning, health & safety, and sustainability. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating suppliers and contractors, assisting with stock and purchasing, scheduling maintenance, and supporting H&S documentation and training.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Assist the Operations Lead with procurement, purchase order processing, and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Support production planning by maintaining schedules, monitoring resource requirements, and helping to coordinate workflow to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock, and equipment records, supporting continuity of supply and planning.
- Monitors spend against budget, reconcile invoices, and flag variances in line with guidance from the Operations Lead.
- Provide administrative support for risk assessments, H&S logs, contractor records, and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing and up-to-date records.
- Organise and record H&S training, meetings, and corrective action tracking.
Prepare and maintain documentation to ensure systems remain compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with regulatory requirements. - Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth delivery of operational and H&S activities.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and coordination of sustainability initiatives that reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support the company's environmental goals.
- Provide consistent administrative and coordination support, enabling Leads to deliver their responsibilities effectively.
Other Duties:
The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied from time to time as dictated by the changing needs of the business. The postholder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by his/her manager.
There must be compliance with all No7 policies, including Health & Safety and No7's quality policy. The post holder will adhere to instructions from management and senior management and will attend training where the needs demands.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to undertake numerous tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of QMS requirements.
- Basic knowledge of health & safety
Work Environment
- This is primarily an office/desk-based role; however, time will need to be spent in the production environment where it can be noisy, PPE is required.
- Occasional lifting required – no more than 30kg.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, and use the hands to handle objects, the employee will occasionally need to crouch or kneel.
Experience and Education
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting.
- Understanding of production workflows, supply chain processes, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of stock management systems and procurement processes.
- Experience supporting or enforcing health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO standards, HSE guidelines).
- Experience in managing priorities under pressure and adapting to changing demands.
- Ability to communicate effectively with shop floor staff and senior management.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and data reporting skills for tracking KPIs and operational metrics.
- As a minimum 5 GCSEs at grade A-C or equivalent including Maths and English and ideally one year of further study in a related discipline.
- Expected to perform CPD and attend relevant training / seminars as required.
