Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Attendant role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Attendant will interact with customers to provide exceptional service, assist in selecting products, answer queries about products, and maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, processing transactions, and contributing to a welcoming shopping environment while representing the brand's core values and aesthetic.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and delivering excellent service.
  • Sales, product knowledge, and ability to communicate and recommend suitable garments to customers.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills for maintaining store operations efficiently.
  • Experience in fashion retail, knowledge of Pakistani designer wear, or a passion for luxury fashion is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills for inventory management and transactions.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
