Sales Assistant

We Norwegians was founded in Norway and specializes in sustainable merino wool in retro inspired, yet timeless designs that are meant to last.
As part of their expansion, We Norwegians opened their first UK Flagship store on the King's Road, Chelsea in 2024. A sales assistant is required to assist the store lead in ensuring the store runs smoothly in all operations and hitting the sales targets. Past retail experience is preferred but not necessary and you will report directly into the store manager. We are looking for both full and part time candidates.
Main duties will include:
- Providing customers an unrivalled, tailored experience and building customer loyalty
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the brand and the seasonal collections on offer
- Staying on top of stock management and keeping the store clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Contributing towards the store hitting sales targets and other performance indicators
- Following all store operating procedures including accepting deliveries, opening/closing store, stock takes
- Any other reasonable task as instructed by the store management team
About You
Presentable, personable, and confident in dealing with all types of customers
Ambitious and willing to grow and take ownership of a brand-new store, passionate about high-quality products
Retail experience desired but not essential; we will consider candidates looking to take the next step in their career
