We are looking to find an enthusiastic and experienced chef to work in our Production Kitchen.

This is a Mon- Fri daytime role and one that is vital to the success of our restaurants.

We run two restaurants (Fellpack, The Round) and two boutique hotels (Lyzzick Hall Fellpack House). We use the Production Kitchen to make complex dishes at scale, covering many elements across our menus.

The ideal candidate for the role will be a chef who has significant kitchen experience, particularly at high-performing restaurants, with a strong command of flavour and able to work quickly at scale. Further, the right candidate needs to be a team player and a good communicator.

Most likely, this role will suit a talented Sous Chef or Head Chef looking to step away from service, but who still wants to be part of a creative and innovative kitchen.
