Job Description:

Job Title: Live-Out Nanny

S.A. Signature is seeking a caring and experienced live-out nanny to provide support and supervision for our clients' children in a nurturing home environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily care, development, and engagement of the children, ensuring their safety and happiness while commuting to the family's residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Organise and participate in age-appropriate activities, including educational and recreational outings.
  • Assist with homework and provide guidance with school assignments.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks, accommodating dietary needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children, including tidying up play areas and bedrooms.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Support the family with daily routines, including transportation to activities and appointments when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience as a nanny or in a childcare role is essential.
  • Relevant childcare certifications, such as First Aid and CPR, are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a family setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.

Requirements:

  • Permission to work in the UK is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is a bonus, especially for transportation duties.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in childcare or a similar role.
  • Must have reliable transportation for commuting to the family's residence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • A willingness to undergo a thorough due diligence process to ensure the safety and security of our clients is required.
