Chief Sailing Instructor

Camel Sailing & Powerboat Centre (Rock, Cornwall) are seeking an enthusiastic

Senior Sailing Instructor for 2026 and onwards. Preferably with at least 12 months

proven experience as a Senior Instructor, you will be working with a great team in North

Cornwall.

You will be required to manage and organise the delivery of our RYA courses, youth

sailing and integrating with our busy powerboat school. You will support and lead our

team of instructors and ensure compliance with the RYA, harbour regulations and

health, safety and welfare. We strive to provide a great customer experience, so

confident communication skills are essential together with a flexible approach to work

due to our tidal operating environment.

The role hours and salary will be agreed with the suitable candidate based on

experience, qualifications and responsibilities within the centre.
