An opportunity has arisen for a highly focused, organised and resourceful Network Coordinator to support our Court Work Expert in the Court Work and Pre-Proceedings Service.

I am looking for a competent administrator, who is well organised and self-motivated to undertake this role. You will have experience of working in an office environment, giving a high level of customer service, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, multi-task, work to tight deadlines, adaptability, and manage information accurately and sensitively.

In this position you will be required to communicate effectively at all levels, have excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word, Excel and databases.

You will work closely with the Court Work Expert, Court Work Facilitators, Social Workers, other Network Coordinators and Practice Coordinators to support child and family facing staff and our children and young people.

Below is a list of tasks that you would assist and complete, though it is not exhaustive:

  • Support the Court Proceedings Expert to maintain management grip and prevent drift and delay through tracking and booking reminders and check-ins with key staff.

  • Ensure key meetings are arranged, coordinating with internal and external professionals as well as families

  • Minuting of meetings as required

  • Undertake processes such as ordering birth certificates

  • Ensure the legal space on LCS is maintained

  • Support the financial processes e.g. raising purchase orders, reconciliation, invoicing, setting up payments

  • Coordinate information on bespoke systems

  • Travel and booking arrangement for staff

  • Collating and sending assessments

  • Creating and maintaining trackers

We have ambitious plans to shape how we work with families, placing practitioners and relationship-based practice at the heart of what we do. Our Network Coordinators support is integral to the success of these plans.

If you are committed to delivering a first-class level of support, are proactive as well as positive, and have a can-do approach, then I would welcome your application.
