We are currently looking for experienced, dynamic & driven Seasonal Bartenders to join our venues If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you

Please note: This role requires flexibility and late working hours.

The Role
As a Lucky Voice Bartender, you bring the experience, energy and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Highly organised and a natural communicator, you inspire your colleagues to deliver excellence whilst ensuring smooth, seamless operations every shift.

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience of bartending experience
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • You have a solid understanding of the industry and stay up to date with current trends and best practices.
  • You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and support the team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service.
  • Handling multiple orders quickly during peak performance periods.
  • Keeping the bar stocked and organised (restocking spirits, mixers, glassware).
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar.
