Part-Time LEGO Club Instructor – Maidstone Areas

Weekdays | Term-Time Only | 3:00–5:00 PM plus option for school holidays work

Join the Bricks 4 Kidz team and turn playtime into learning time

We're on the lookout for energetic, reliable, and imaginative individuals to lead our popular after-school LEGO clubs for children aged 5–11. Using our fun, hands-on model kits, you'll guide children in building motorised LEGO creations, teach STEAM concepts, and foster creativity through guided play.

This is the perfect role for:

  • Teaching assistants
  • Student teachers
  • Responsible student
  • Midday supervisors
  • Parents with older school-aged kids
  • Anyone who loves working with children and has a passion for LEGO

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading fun, structured LEGO sessions with groups of up to 16 children
  • Helping kids build awesome working technic models and mosaics using real LEGO kits
  • Inspiring teamwork, curiosity, and creativity
  • Talking about exciting themes like space, dinosaurs, and renewable energy (materials provided)
  • Making each session a place where kids feel safe, respected, and excited to learn

What You'll Need:

  • Be 19 or older
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle (you'll be transporting LEGO kits)
  • Ability to lift LEGO kit boxes (up to 50 lbs)
  • Experience working with primary-aged children (preferred)
  • Enhanced DBS (preferred but we can help arrange this if needed)
  • A professional, dependable attitude—and a big smile
  • A creative, playful spirit and a love for LEGO and STEAM learning
