Salary Details: Grade 10, £47,154- £51,235
Contract Type: Temporary fixed term to 31st March 2027 to provide Maternity Cover

Doncaster Council is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Programme Manager to join our Work and Skills team within the Children, Young People and Families Directorate. Based at the Civic Office, this key role will ensure effective and accurate programme compliance on several funded initiatives delivered within the Advance Employment Hub.
You will provide thorough and well implemented guidance, excellent budget reporting skills and the ability to implement effective control measures, systems, processes and procedures to ensure full contract completion. Along with a flair for reporting writing to a high standard, you will enjoy a varied workload working to strict deadlines, demonstating highly effective time management skills.

Pathways to Work is South Yorkshire's approach to bringing about system-wide change, in order to support people to overcome barriers to (re)entering or remaining in the workplace.
