We are currently seeking a dedicated
Occupational Health Clinical Admin Assistant
to support our Practice Manager in managing, processing, and safeguarding medical data in full compliance with the
Data Protection Act
and
GDPR
.

Location:
Remote (Home-based)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a remote role, ideal for someone with a background in occupational health administration who thrives in a dynamic environment and values confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all communications—email, letter, or phone—with strict confidentiality.
  • Accurately process health referrals and ensure correct data entry into the medical database.
  • Scan and attach relevant documents to the medical database.
  • Maintain and manage the medical archive in line with company policies.
  • Respond to file requests from solicitors and employees, following authorisation from clinical, legal, and insurance teams.
  • Raise purchase orders and process payments for treatment providers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Adaptable to frequent changes in processes and systems.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Reliable, flexible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
