About the Role

You'll work as part of a dedicated ambulance crew, responding to emergency and urgent care calls, event cover, and patient transfers. Our Paramedic teams are supported by experienced Emergency Care Assistants, Technicians, and operational management to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical care in line with HCPC standards and JRCALC guidelines
  • Assess, treat, and transport patients safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Represent the organisation professionally at all times

Requirements

  • HCPC-registered Paramedic
  • Successful completion of preceptorship
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights
