About You:
You are a motivated and adaptable professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. With strong communication skills and a consultative approach, you're comfortable engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective outcomes. The Role:
The Talent Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that all stages of the recruitment process run smoothly and efficiently.
RequirementsYour Responsibilities:
- Supporting Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers in coordinating all stages of the recruitment process
- Managing job postings across various platforms, ensuring consistency of adverts and branding
- Supporting with scheduling interviews, assessments, and candidate meetings
- Preparing recruitment documents, maintaining the ATS and spreadsheets
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is stored and managed in line with data protection policies
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g. candidate pipeline status) and produce basic reports
- Prepare and issue offer letters via our ATS system
- Manage onboarding forms for perm and contractor hiring
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
What we are looking for:
- A degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business
- Experience of working with document, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Experience of recruitment processes and procedures is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
