Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role requires effective communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members' skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing through effective merchandising and presentation.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Administrative experience with proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
