Position: Night Concierge
Location: Colindale Gardens, NW9
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 19:00 – 07:00
Salary: £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:
This role will be based at a new residential development located in the heart of North West London with 342 residential homes and benefit's from on-site amenities including a gym and retail outlets. The development is located close to Colindale underground station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
