We're looking for kind-hearted Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly team, delivering exceptional care across Bordon, Liss, Liphook, and the surrounding villages in East Hampshire.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Accompanying clients to appointments and outings, ensuring they feel safe and supported.
  • Following tailored care plans to meet each person's unique needs.
  • Offering friendly conversation and companionship to brighten someone's day.
  • Keeping accurate records using our easy-to-use mobile app.

What We're Looking For:

  • A caring and patient nature – experience is great, but not essential
  • Good communication skills to build trust with clients and families.
  • Basic IT skills for updating records.
  • A full driving license is preferred, but not required.
