We're hiring a
Principal Engineer / Lead Full Stack Developer
to join a market‑leading B2B SaaS business. This is a chance to shape the future of a cutting‑edge platform, driving automation, modernisation, and AI‑driven innovation.
Role requirements:
- Be the
technical authority
across squads, owning architecture and delivery. - Work with
modern tech
: React, TypeScript, C#, .NET Core, AWS serverless, event‑driven systems. - Lead by example: code hands‑on, mentor engineers, and set best practices.
- Partner with Product to balance scope, speed, and quality — always shipping value.
- Drive transformation: retire legacy code, reduce tech debt, and improve performance and reliability.
Required experience:
- Principal full stack expertise (React + TypeScript, C#/.NET Core or ).
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure microservices on AWS.
- Event driven architecture.
- Strong database fundamentals (MySQL/Aurora).
- Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and solving complex engineering challenges.
- Pragmatic, outcome‑oriented mindset with a focus on impact.
£110k–£120k + bonus + benefits. London based, with
95% remote flexibility
