Job Description:
Join a fast-growing AI talent platform as a Founding Operator, taking hands-on ownership across critical functions like GTM, product, hiring, and operations. Initially, you'll drive the post-sale customer experience for an innovative AI recruiter product. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious operator to make a career-defining impact in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What you will do:

  • Drive initiatives across GTM, product, hiring, and operations, adapting to evolving company needs.

  • Own the post-sale customer experience for an AI talent acquisition product, combining various functions.

  • Diagnose complex problems, build manual v1 solutions, and then automate and scale processes.

The ideal candidate:

  • A high-agency, 'full-stack' problem solver with first-principles thinking and execution grit.

  • An ambitious overachiever with a history of excellence and a low-ego, collaborative mindset.

  • (Semi) technical and an AI power user, leveraging tools to 10x output and prototype solutions.
