The role

As a Floor Team Member,you'll be at the heart of the guest experience. You will:

  • Prepare the venue for service and ensure it remains clean and welcoming
  • Greet,interact with,and assist guests to deliver an exceptional visit every time
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to keep service flowing
  • Support upselling from our bars and ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
