Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Woking. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment onsite, troubleshooting technical issues. The role will also involve assisting customers and addressing their concerns to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in water softnerer install and service
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support and client satisfaction
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with safety standards and protocols
  • Willingness to work on-site in Woking and travel as needed
  • Technical qualification or certification in a relevant field is preferred
