Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level organisational and administrative support to Experian's UK&I Leadership Team to ensure their time and priorities are managed effectively.
What You'll Do
- You will manage complex diaries and inboxes, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimised.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops – from logistics to minute-taking and follow-ups.
- You will prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and board-level documentation.
- Handle travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Support internal communications and engagement initiatives, including team events and recognition activities.
- Be a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Partner with other EAs and PAs across the business to ensure seamless coordination of leadership activities.
- Support onboarding for new starters and contributing to ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, corporate organisation.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to be completed.
- Tailor communication style to suit the diverse audience across different levels of seniority
- Focus on details and deliver work to a consistently high standard.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player
