Field Service Engineer (White Goods – Sussex)

The Role

We're looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing field service team in East Sussex.

You'll be diagnosing and repairing a range of domestic appliances — from washing machines and tumble dryers to dishwashers, fridges, and ovens — while delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

This isn't just about fixing appliances; it's about building trust and providing five-star service. With our strong reputation, manufacturer partnerships, and continuous training, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and reliable service at every visit
  • Work efficiently using our scheduling system to manage jobs, parts, and daily tasks
  • Represent Repair & Assure with pride, professionalism, and integrity

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in white goods/appliance repair (field-based)
  • Confident in repairing at least four of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, or electric cookers
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • A positive, can-do attitude and passion for great customer service

What You'll Get
