Are you ready to lead with heart and purpose? We're looking for a passionate and nurturing Key Stage One teacher to join our wonderful team as KS1 and English Leader.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Principal and SLT in the effective running of the Academy
  • Leading curriculum, teaching, and assessment across KS1, ensuring high standards and inclusive practice
  • Using data to close learning gaps and plan for all pupils, including SEND, EAL, PP, and high prior attainers
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to ensure consistently strong teaching across the phase, identifying training needs and helping colleagues grow in confidence and skill
