We're hiring for a
Commercial Account Handler
to support our growing commercial insurance team

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we are looking for someone to work on the administration of client's insurance requirements including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations and account procedures.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Working knowledge of most insurance products
  • Experience of working as an Account Handler in a similar broking and sales environment
  • Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance

Using These Skills, You'll Be

  • Responding to client/insurer/third party enquiries by written or oral means
  • Liaison with Account Executives in all aspects of account handling
  • Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all times
  • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and provide expert product advice and guidance
  • Actively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost-effective cover
