We are Asian supermarket, an energetic company specialized in providing Fast Moving Consuming Goods service. We are rapidly growing and looking for an assistant shop floor manager in our East London branch.
The post is particularly suitable for a new or recent graduate seeking a challenging career path, as this is an ideal development position into senior management roles.

Role:
As a General Assistant, it will include duties such as selling and replenishing products, serving customers on the tills, assisting the supervisors and store managers in maintaining the smoothly running of the store on a daily basis. We open from 10am- 9pm, there would be rota.
Qualifications
- Language: fair in English, Cantonese or Mandarin
Day-to-day activities will include:
- To act as first point of contact for all queries from staff, customers and suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service including dealing with customer's queries and complaints
- Ensure that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company's standards
- Operating the tills, handing payments including refunds
- Actively involved in receiving deliveries which includes product lifting
- Prepping and packing products according to the Company's guidelines
- Undertake any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time (5 or 6 days per week, 8 hours per day);
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
