Cwmbran NP AB, United Kingdom BRON AFON COMMUNITY HOUSING Full time £20,000 - £30,000 per year

Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about making a difference?

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Governance & Assurance team, the backbone of our organisation's integrity and compliance. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring high standards and smooth operations across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Keep governance ticking like clockwork – manage mailboxes, maintain systems, and ensure records are always up to date.
  • Champion GDPR compliance – handle Subject Access Requests, prepare redactions, and track progress with precision.
  • Protect confidentiality at every step – support the Governance & Assurance Team while upholding the highest standards.
  • Drive audit success – organise and collate key data to keep everything on point.

What We're Looking For

  • A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with ease.
  • Previous experience in governance, compliance, or assurance is a bonus – but not essential.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Be part of a team that values integrity and collaboration.
  • Enjoy opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

Ready to make an impact? Apply today and help us uphold the highest standards of governance and assurance.

As part of our commitment to work-life balance, we're excited to be trialling a 4-day working week, giving you more time to recharge while still making a meaningful difference. Experience is helpful, but the key is your dedication to creating real change.
