About Ember Protocol

We're building the next generation of structured products and yield infrastructure in Web3 - vaults, strategies, and tokenized products used by thousands of users across chains. We move fast, operate like a high-velocity trading desk, and work at the intersection of engineering, product, and investment strategy.

  • We're working on products with leading asset issuers (Securitize, Ant Group, and more)
  • We currently have over $70M in assets on our platform

What You'll Do

  • Operate, monitor, and optimize on-chain structured products and yield vaults.
  • Help us work with partners to tokenize new RWAs (real-world assets)
  • Design new strategies (staking loops, AMM strategies, stablecoin yield, hedged products) and validate them through simulations and live pilots.
  • Own vault risk: exposure, drawdown scenarios, liquidity, and protocol dependencies.
  • Build and maintain lightweight automation (Python/TypeScript) for rebalancing, monitoring, and alerts.
  • Execute complex on-chain transactions: bridging, mint/redeem flows, migrations, and multi-step strategy moves.
  • Evaluate new protocols, yields, and partner opportunities across chains.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product on new vault architectures and strategy improvements.
  • Work directly with partners, issuers, and liquidity providers.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in DeFi, crypto fund ops, quant trading, or similar.
  • Strong Python or TypeScript; comfort interacting with smart contracts.
  • Experience executing and troubleshooting complex on-chain transactions.
  • Familiarity with vault logic, keeper networks, and automated strategies.
  • Strong understanding of yield, incentives, and economic risks in DeFi.
  • Fast, entrepreneurial, commercially minded; thrives in high-velocity environments.
  • Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex ideas.
