The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As a key part of our front-of-house service, you'll help ensure our guests enjoy seamless, first-class dining experiences by delivering food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dishes and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
  • Assist servers by ensuring orders are complete and presented beautifully.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
  • Provide attentive, friendly support to guests throughout service.
  • Uphold The NICI's high standards of presentation, professionalism, and guest care.

About You

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with great energy and pace.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for great service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile.
