We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager
to drive product strategy, vision, and delivery within a complex, fast-paced UK Government environment. The successful candidate will define product roadmaps, value propositions, and problem spaces, collaborating across teams to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective product visions, strategies, value propositions, and roadmaps.
  • Work across Agile and traditional delivery approaches, supporting all phases of the lifecycle.
  • Operate independently, managing uncertainty and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Define problem spaces and articulate initial hypotheses for exploration.
  • Build strong working relationships with delivery managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply user-centred design principles, balancing competing priorities to deliver value.
  • Communicate and influence senior stakeholders, embedding product management approaches and best practices.
  • Engage stakeholders across organisational boundaries to gain buy-in for problem statements and solutions.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in UK Government/public sector or complex digital programmes.
