Rougham Acorns and Woodlands Preschool are looking for a caring, motivated, and passionate Early Years Educator to join our warm and welcoming early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to high-quality childcare and eager to support young children's learning and development.

You will: 

  • provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children for children aged 2 – 4 years
  • plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • support children's physical, emotional, social and educational development
  • build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • observe, assess, and track children's progress, contributing to high-quality learning journeys
  • maintain a clean, safe and inclusive learning environment at all times
  • work collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional team.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A relevant and recognised Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Early Years
  • A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development.
  • Warmth, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when needed.
  • Experience of working in an early year's setting
