About The Team

The Portuguese LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our mission is to champion and grow TikTok LIVE by empowering creators to build a creative, fun, and safe space for all users.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Influencer Operations Manager (Portuguese Speaking) — the first role of its kind to launch and build the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in the Portuguese market. You will play a key role in shaping market entry strategy, acquiring and managing creators, and driving performance and engagement across the local creator community.

This role requires a deep understanding of influencer culture, strong operational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in laying the foundation for LIVE operations in a new market and ensuring long-term growth and success.

  • Lead the launch of TikTok LIVE operations in the Portuguese market, building the foundation for creator ecosystem growth.

  • Drive creator acquisition and retention strategies tailored to the Portuguese-speaking community.

  • Design and implement scalable programs to onboard, train, and support LIVE creators.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and content policy teams to enhance creator experience and market activation.

  • Develop community-building strategies to support monetization, creator engagement, and satisfaction.

  • Oversee contractual agreements and ensure compliance with platform policies and standards.

  • Lead workshops, webinars, and feedback sessions to educate and motivate creators.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging creator behaviors in the Portuguese-speaking market.

  • Provide strategic support to creators to improve their content quality, performance, and brand reputation.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote campaigns, elevate creator profiles, and feature top LIVE talent.

  • Gather and analyze performance data to inform strategy and continuously optimize creator operations.

  • Establish operational guidelines and feedback loops for creator management and partnerships, helping to shape the future of TikTok LIVE features.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent or influencer management.

  • Strong understanding of the livestreaming ecosystem and creator economy.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team.

  • High Fluency in Portuguese and English written and spoken to communicate with Portuguese creators, agencies, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferably with a strong focus on campaign planning and strategic operations

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly results-oriented with solid analytical capabilities.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a launch or startup environment.

  • Familiarity with TikTok LIVE ecosystem and creator monetization tools.

  • Experience developing community-building or user engagement strategies.
