We are currently recruiting a Resort Cleaner to join our talented Front of House team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established, high-quality country resort environment.
Your Role
- As Resort Cleaner, you'll support the Front of House Team in daily cleaning operations across all main resort areas including bar, restaurant, events halls, washrooms, public stairways and reception building to high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all main resort areas including bar, restaurant, public spaces and washrooms.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping and waste disposal.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safe storage and reporting replenishment needs.
- Support deep cleaning tasks and follow the Resort Cleaning Rota as directed.
- Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues to support great customer service.
- Respond to cleaning issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting hazards or maintenance issues.
- Be flexible in assisting other departments when required.

- Previous experience in a cleaning role
- Passion for cleaning and delivering excellent service
- Strong organisation, communication and time management skills
- A proactive and reliable person who can multi-task and prioritise
