As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Labourer to join our team and support day-to-day production activities.

Position Overview:

As a Labourer, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and organised workplace, supporting skilled staff, and assisting in various stages of the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on position that involves both workshop and yard duties, as well as driving responsibilities.

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the workshop and yard clean, tidy, and well-organised.
  • Move and store raw materials safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment.
  • Assist welders, fabricators, and assemblers with daily tasks.
  • Operate machinery and tools under supervision.
  • Deliver and collect goods using company box vans (Full UK Driving Licence required).
  • Support packing and dispatch operations when needed.
  • Follow all site health & safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a factory, workshop, or industrial environment is desirable.
  • Valid Forklift Truck Licence (preferred but not essential).
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
  • Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual work.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
