Charity Shop Manager

The Role:

The Charity Shop Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on management, ensuring that retail performance aligns with the organisation's wider goals.

Key Responsibilities of the Charity Shop Manager:

  • Lead the retail team to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
