Our half-day Essential Skills workshop is your gateway to discovering the remarkable world of Heathrow.

Join us to gain insights into:

  • The rich history and layout of Heathrow, unveiling the story behind our renowned airport.
  • The essential skills and behaviours required to thrive in various roles, empowering you to reach your full potential.
  • The application process and the support available to guide you through your career journey.

When attending the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to explore the Skills Builder Framework. This framework encompasses a wide range of essential skills, including speaking, listening, aiming-high, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, staying positive and leadership. It helps you to gain a clear understanding of these skills and their importance in different aspects of your professional and personal life.

By the end of the workshop, you will possess all the necessary tools and knowledge to confidently submit your application and become part of the remarkable team that contributes to delivering the world's best airport service to our passengers.

To further support you on your journey towards a career at Heathrow, you'll be assigned a dedicated Recruitment Officer who will provide personalised assistance and be able to answer any questions you may have.
