Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wholesale Manager to oversee our wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and retail management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage a team, drive sales growth, and maintain excellent relationships with our wholesale partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and supervise the wholesale team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are appealing and aligned with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of wholesale management.

Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective phone etiquette.
  • Proven experience in retail management and sales management, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in merchandising techniques that enhance product visibility and appeal.
