Ashlands Fencing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various groundwork tasks to support the installation of fencing projects. The Groundworker will work closely with the team to ensure that all groundwork is completed efficiently and to high standards.

CSCS is a must and driving licence, operator tickets an advantage

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing the ground for fencing installations by digging trenches, clearing debris, and levelling the land.

- Operate machinery such as excavators, compactors, and other equipment as needed.

- Mix and pour concrete for fence post foundations.

- Install fence posts, panels, and gates according to specifications.

- Repair and maintain existing fences as required.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

All aspects of groundworks and fencing, work carried out all over the country

Requirements:

- Previous experience in groundworks or a similar role preferred.

- Ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively.

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
