We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager for Cedral Facades lead the team of Area Sales Managers, guiding them to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, from specialist distributors and roofing merchants to installers and contractors. Your mission? To generate demand, grow partnerships, and deliver exceptional sales results across all UK regions (excluding Northern Ireland), while championing the Cedral Facades strategy and driving success through innovation and collaboration.
What you'll do:
- Lead & coach a team of Area Sales Managers to deliver outstanding results.
- Drive performance through forecasting, market analysis, and financial insights.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the UK.
- Support in the field—attend development days and mentor your team.
- Leverage OneCRM to track progress and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate on campaigns with the marketing team to boost brand impact.
- Champion safety & wellbeing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Own team performance—set clear goals, manage accountability, and celebrate success.
- Lead the employee lifecycle from recruitment to development and succession planning.
- Promote Etex values and act as a role model in the marketplace.
- Achieve sales targets and regional budgets, addressing underperformance proactively.
- Foster collaboration with other Etex departments for seamless execution.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing a team, ideally with remote team leadership.
- A strong track record of driving sales growth.
- Expertise in managing contractor, merchant, and direct customer relationships.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
- A confident negotiator with excellent influencing skills.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving results.
- A natural leader who can motivate and empower others.
- Industry experience in Facades is highly desirable.
