Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting various operational tasks.

Duties

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
  • Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and organisation of backroom areas.
  • Support promotional activities and seasonal events to drive customer engagement and sales.

Experience

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required during peak periods.

Job Type: Temporary
