The shift pattern for this post are Monday - Friday (37 hours per week)

Please be advised that, effective 1 April 2026, the full-time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic HCSW based in the Ophthalmology outpatient department of the Royal Alexandra Hospital Paisley. The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of the Ophthalmology team, supporting the registered nurses and be involved in all care needs within the outpatient setting. You will be required to work within a busy clinical area working collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team. HSCW experience is desirable not essential as full training will be given. You are required to be flexible, forward thinking and able to work effectively within changing and dynamic environment. You should have excellent communication with an eagerness to learn. An interest in the specialty is essential. If you have the desired skills and motivations to successfully fulfil this position, we will welcome your application.
