Unit Role: The UOTC is to Engage, Inspire, and Develop, in order to Attract our next generation. Delivering military and leadership training to 2400 University students per year. In addition it delivers engagement activities on behalf of AITC with a view to diversifying the Officer cohort entering RMAS.
Position Role:  SO2 Engagement Pj ANTHONY
Responsibilities:
Support Hd Pj ANTHONY through conduct of engagement planning and execution for external events utilising the Army Multicultural Network.

Coordinate AITC community engagement activities to gain more candidates for the SANDHURST THREAD package, held at RMAS and a location in the North.

Engage with stakeholders to understand the issues affecting inflow from under-represented groups (Defence partners, Army Recruiting, AOSB, Academia etc.) to develop portfolio further.

Cohere internal and external media activities to grow Pj ANTHONY portfolio.

Provide funding strategy for the future of the portfolio, where necessary this could include corporate sponsorship.

Other tasks as directed by UOTC Gp HQ.
