Schools Youth Programme Session Worker – Generation Resilience

Part-Time (2 Days a Week )

Salary: Up to £50 per session

Contract: Wednesday 12:00-13:30 and Friday 9:00-11:45

Location: North London and Hertfordshire

Start Date: Immediate start available

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in the British Jewish community on a part-time basis. You'll join the team supporting our new Generation Resilience programme – helping run lunchtime clubs and workshops in Jewish primary schools across the region.

Alongside school delivery, you'll support behind-the-scenes work such as planning, communications, and content development. We are happy to work flexibly around your availability and school term-time.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver fun, structured lunchtime clubs and Jewish values-based sessions
  • Help build relationships with teachers, parents and school staff
  • Support with programme planning, logistics, and administration
  • Track attendance and support reporting processes
  • Occasionally support evening or Sunday programmes as needed

Who We're Looking For:

  • Someone with a background or interest in youth work or education
  • A confident, positive role model with strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • A self-starter who's comfortable travelling between locations
  • Someone with a passion for Jewish life, inclusion and personal development
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Experience working with children aged 7–11 is ideal
