Pricing Analyst

We're on the lookout for three Pricing Analysts to join our growing team, this could include junior or senior analysts, so please feel free to apply at whichever level best suits your experience.

Whether you're early in your career or ready to take the lead, you'll play a vital role in using data and insight to make energy simpler, smarter, and more sustainable.

This role operates in a fast-paced, agile environment where your insights directly drive meaningful change. You will ensure our pricing is transparent and data-led, perfectly balancing commercial success with customer value.

• Partner with teams across the business to design fair, forward-thinking pricing strategies that put customers first
• Use data creatively to identify opportunities, uncover trends and shape pricing models that support a sustainable future
• Collaborate on projects that bring new products and flexible pricing options to life from time-of-use tariffs to dynamic energy solutions
• Share insights that help decision-makers understand the story behind the data
• Support the continuous improvement of our pricing tools and platforms to enhance how we work and deliver for customers
• Help drive decarbonisation by turning energy data into meaningful action that benefits both people and the planet

Are we the perfect match?

• You'll have around 2 years' experience in a Pricing or Commercial analytics role, feeling confident working with large, complex datasets and turning them into actionable insights.
• Have strong analytical skills and enjoy using data to solve problems and make a real difference
• Are confident using Excel or Google Sheets to interpret and present data; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus
• Communicate clearly and compassionately, translating complex data into insights everyone can understand
• Enjoy working with others, building positive relationships and collaborating across teams
• Can balance curiosity and creativity with commercial thinking and attention to detail

It would be great if you had:

• Experience in the energy, utilities or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of residential or SME pricing models
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and modelling
• A passion for sustainability and innovation
• Experience using data visualisation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) to tell compelling stories

Your place in our journey:

We're recruiting three Pricing Analysts, and we're open to applications at junior and senior levels.

For junior analysts:

• You'll have experience using Excel or Google Sheets to interpret and analyse data
• Some familiarity with Tableau or similar visualisation tools is an advantage
• You'll be confident in spotting trends, presenting findings and making recommendations for improvement in your work area

For senior analysts:

• You'll bring commercial acumen and a holistic understanding of how the wider business and external market dynamics influence pricing decisions
• You'll take end-to-end ownership of analytical projects and mentor others to grow their skills
• You'll be experienced in using visual analytics (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar tools) to guide strategic business choices

Location:
This role can be based at any of our hub locations Nottingham, Leicester, Bolton or London - with one day per week in the office. We can also be flexible for those not based near Nottingham.
