• Base salary range: Level B, $118,150 – $139,812 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The Department of Pharmacy delivers a suite of postgraduate pharmacy programs, including the Doctor of Pharmacy (entry to practice) and Graduate Certificates in advanced pharmacy practice areas. The Department of Pharmacy operates through collaborative team effort to work with patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare systems to expand the pharmacy workforce and improve medicines optimisation through education and research.

• The Department of Pharmacy offers postgraduate programs, including Doctor of Pharmacy and advanced practice certificates, focusing on workforce expansion and medicines optimisation.
• The role involves independent teaching in pharmaceutical sciences, supervising research projects, and contributing to course accreditation, governance, and team collaboration.

About you

• A Master's degree in a Pharmacy qualification or above.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovative teaching approaches, assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative and effective teaching approaches, materials for units and courses.
• Demonstrated ability to relate well to staff and students at all levels and evidence of a commitment to equity and diversity principles.
• Demonstrated skills in teaching research methodologies.
