The role

We are seeking an AI Data and Infrastructure Engineer to join our dedicated AI Team.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and software integration.

You will support the firm's AI implementation strategy, working on real-world projects that connect AI technologies such as ChatGPT Enterprise to our internal systems.

You'll help develop and maintain API integrations, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and assist in building secure, scalable AI-driven tools that directly impact how our legal and support team's work.

• Assist in the development and deployment of AI-powered tools and applications across the business.

• Build and maintain API integrations between ChatGPT Enterprise and core business systems (e.g., case management, document management, and practice management platforms).

• Support the design and implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enable secure, contextual access to internal knowledge sources.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and business teams to prototype, test, and deploy AI workflows.

• Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices to inform future developments.

Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, a related discipline or relevant work experience.

• Knowledge of Python and experience working with APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).

• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and cloud-based AI platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies in practical business environments.

• Experience with OpenAI, N8N, or other AI frameworks.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, or Microsoft 365 integrations.

• Understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI principles.
